You know what I really don’t feel like doing at the end of the day? Cooking. Not because I don’t love cooking and eating and feeding my savagely hungry family, because I totally do. The first thing you do is select a meal plan that matches your needs and lifestyle. For our family, we chose three meals that would feed four people. This makes sense for us since it leaves a few nights for leftovers and meals on the go. The meals come in an insulated box with ice to keep the meat cool. The dry ingredients and produce are in a separate container. A leaflet comes in the box that explains exactly how to prepare the meals and what supplies you need from your cabinets and drawers! They couldn’t have made it any easier.
For this meal, we prepared a sirloin dish that would be served over a tomato mozzarella risotto.
The finished product was delicious and beautifully plated by my lovely husband. Everyone in the family was able to enjoy the meal (with the exception of Charlie trying the steak, because, well, no.)! There were plenty of leftovers for the next day, and everyone was happy. In this same week, we also tried Cranberry Turkey Burgers, and Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken. Everything was amazing and we loved the variety they sent! Not only that, but we enjoyed the family time of preparing the meal together.
