Friday Favorites | Small Shops for Small Folks

Greetings, people! It’s the weekend! Woohoo! It’s no secret that I love to dress my little Charlie Kate. Having a girl is seriously fun. I get to dress her like I would choose to dress myself if I were a baby. (HA!) Anyway. I support shopping small whenever possible and always have. Even before the Instagram days I was a #shopsmall advocate! Instagram has just opened my eyes to a million more AMAZING small shops, especially for kiddo fashion. I am beginning to think half of the people I follow are shops… I might have a problem.

I’m going to spotlight a few shops every now and then on my Friday Favorites. Some of them have partnered with me to give my readers a special discount, too, so read on!

Willy Bean Co.

Their trendy little baby pants are to die for. First of all, they are the cutest prints ever. The one Charlie has is called Pink Cross-Stitch. The fabric is a high quality material and beautifully sewn. The pants have a double seam on the backside, which I LOVE because there is no… ahem… camel toe. The legs are actually long enough, and with the way the cuffs are at the bottom, the pants could be worn through several growth spurts! Charlie is wearing 6-12 months and I am confident these babies will fit her for awhile. They will be adorable in the cold weather and even cuter in the spring with her tanks! Willy Bean Co. is offering 15% for my readers until Saturday at midnight using code: KATIE15 at checkout!

Freckle Baby

Kimberly Pratt started this business when her babies were constantly dropping their teethers and pacifiers. We have all seen the binky clips, but this is an even better concept. Her bibs and blankets have a little strap that snaps in place to hold baby’s teether or pacifier (or toy, or whatever you want)! I am absolutely obsessed with her products and will be ordering all the bibs in all the colors. Charlie is a teething nightmare right now and drooling enough to dehydrate herself. The bibs are great because while she holds the teether, she kind of holds the bib up and it catches the mass amounts of drool. The blanket is great because when she’s fussy, she can snuggle it. Lately, I have kept the paci AND the teething ring attached so that she can rotate. She has sets available in her shop that include the cutest matching hat.

She also has a few thin baby quilts left. We have one of the blue baby quilts and I love it. It is thin enough to swaddle and thick enough to cuddle. Freckle Baby is nice enough to offer a 20% discount to my readers by using code: twelve&six at checkout!

Tribe is Alive

I have been a huge TIA fan for awhile. They were one of the first Insta-shops I fell in love with. I love their sassy tees for the littles (and Adults). Their tees are SUPER soft. They have that worn, triblend look that I love so much. We get about a thousand compliments on the kids’ tees when they wear them. I just love this shop. I have the “Stay Weird” shirt in an adult size / v-neck and it’s literally my favorite tee.
