If you’re local to Atlanta, have you been to the new(ish) SunTrust Park yet? It’s new to us, since we lived in California for a year during the time it was being finished, but I couldn’t wait to check it out when we got back to Atlanta. The new stadium and surrounding shopping and activities have been all the buzz for Georgians. Although we attended our first Braves game at SunTrust Park in the spring, we had yet to check out The onUp Experience. We were stoked to have the opportunity to have fun with it as a family during the holidays, and we finally had a chance to go last week.
Baseball, interactive games, and fun ways to learn about financial confidence? Sign me up!
When you arrive at The onUp Experience, you join the “Draft” and get a nifty name tag, which serves as your ticket to participate in all of the fun interactive games.
Besides all of the areas to learn more about financial confidence, The onUp Experience features the coolest baseball inspired activities. Grayson loved
trying his hand at batting and pitching in Pitch onUp and Hit onUp. After you bat your
best game, you can even see where you rank among other participants from the experience.
There was also a virtual reality tour of SunTrust Park that both kids really enjoyed, AND an interactive photo area with all the fun props. The Confidence Coaches are there at every turn to make sure you are getting the absolute most from the experience. As a major bonus, we attended during the holidays, which meant the kids also got to see Santa. A grand time was had by all.
The kids wrapped up their visit by writing letters to Santa AND the troops overseas. It was a fantastic addition to the already exciting onUp Experience. Best of all, photos with Santa are FREE.
If you’re headed to SunTrust Park or The Battery Atlanta, don’t miss the SunTrust onUp Experience. Whether you’re with other adult friends, or the whole family- it’s a great time for playing and learning, all in the name of America’s greatest pastime.
