Easy Pesto Mozzarella Chicken Bake Recipe

Happy Monday! Can we all collectively try and have a better week than last week? I mean, I know that’s wishing for a lot, but last week just wasn’t awesome. I’m hoping a yummy recipe will be a great start to your week!

I mentioned this recipe on Instagram a couple of months ago as one of my favorite quick and easy dinners and many of my friends asked for the recipe. Better late than never, I guess.


4 chicken breasts

1 8 oz. jar of pesto sauce

1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes

1 16 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 375

Place chicken breasts side by side in 9×13 dish

Pour pesto evenly over chicken

Pour tomatoes evenly over chicken

Lay cheese slices evenly over chicken

Bake for 30 minutes

Serve over Veetee Dine In Rice
