Easter Basket Ideas For Preschoolers

Time is somewhat standing still, so I almost forgot Easter is right around the corner! With some shipping variables, I wanted to get this roundup out sooner than later. As we know, I have three kids- but the youngest two are close in age and mostly love the same things. My ten year old has a much simpler list, like beef jerky and virtual money for his video games. I will probably also throw in a couple of chapter books for him and call it a day. He’s easy.

We also plan to have our own little egg hunt in the back yard like we do every year, but this year we are doing it a little differently and more eco-friendly. Instead of limitless plastic eggs with crap inside, we will boil and dye a bunch of eggs and hide those the way we did when I was a kid. Then, they get eaten and all is well and I am not throwing away junky plastic for months on end. The kids still get the enjoyment of the hunt. Everyone wins.

Another one of my Easter hacks is to always get baskets I can re-purpose in the house. I found this pair of baskets on Amazon for less than $7 each.

This entire list comes from Amazon and Target which are both shipping pretty quickly and getting here within a couple of days (regardless of their disclaimer that it may be delayed past Easter). I can’t guarantee anything, obviously- but this is based on my experience with ordering the last couple of weeks. Also, I have to disclose that these are affiliate links which means I make a few cents off every purchase at no extra cost to you.

These are all things my kids love and would make great options. Happy Shopping!
