It’s day TWO of “12 Days of Essential Oil DIYs”. Let’s jump right in! Today I’m going to show you how to make a DIY Essential Oil Sleep Roller. Essentially, this is a blend that you can roll onto your wrists and feet for a deeper relaxation and sounder sleep. The oils I use here would also be great in a linen spray or bath salts, too!

Day 2: DIY Essential Oil Sleep Roller.
This is another inexpensive DIY that is quick and easy. Rollers are my favorite way to introduce the power of essential oils to my friends and family. Rollers can be used for mood boosters, immune support, even perfume! The oils I am using for this project are amazing for sleep and relaxation. Lavender + Cedarwood is a popular combo for sleep, and I love adding citrus (in this case- Tangerine) for an added mood lifter and complementary scent.
INGREDIENTS:
– Fractionated Coconut Oil
– 10ml Roller Ball Bottle
– Essential Oils
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add 10 drops of each oil to the empty roller.
2. Top with fractionated coconut oil.
3. Roll on wrists and feet before bedtime.
