How is everyone’s shopping coming along? Can you believe there are less than TWO weeks until Christmas?!

If you are anything like me, your schedules are packed with events. Between school parties, job parties, social gatherings I am about to bestow upon you the easiest and prettiest dish to take to your next holiday shindig. I am always in the business of finding and creating recipes that are simple, fast, and convenient. With two kids and the blog, I usually don’t have all day to make something fancy. It has to be something I can dump onto a plate. The trick to impressing people with something that simple is to make the presentation pretty. This Christmas Tree Antipasto Platter recipe is no exception.

First, find a large plate or platter to use. Feel free to adjust ingredients according to the number of guests and get creative with what to include! The sky is the limit with creative freedom on this one. This is simply how I make my version. I am looking forward to making this and enjoying it with family during the coming days! You can find everything you need for this recipe at Publix, along with the classic nostalgia of Coca Cola products to make your holiday gathering complete. I don’t know about you, but something about Coca Cola reminds me of the holidays and spending time with loved ones.

1 8oz bag cubed colby jack cheese

1 8oz bag cubed pepper jack cheese

1 jar Spanish olives

1 jar Kalamata olives

1 jar sweet gherkins

1 jar dill midgets

1 jar pickled okra

Alternate the ingredients in rows as decoratively as you like to create a Christmas Tree shape.

Use toothpicks to create a star shape for the top of the “tree”.

It’s that easy! I can’t wait to hear how you “wowed” your family with this platter! Don’t forget to shop at Publix and participate in the Shopper Sweeps! It’s a text to win sweeps, in Publix stores only, for a chance to win a gift card for $50, $100 or $500! There’s no doubt that winning one of those prizes would help throw a stellar holiday gathering. Do you have any fun plans coming up?
